Shipping is free to Australia, Asia, New Zealand, Western Europe, and North America.
The following destinations will be charged for shipping fee: Africa, South and Central America, Russia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
- $50 per bag or wallet in a retail order.
- $25 per bag or wallet in a wholesale order.
Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by phone to confirm your order. We ship only to the credit card billing address unless a secondary shipping address is registered with the credit card company. If your billing address is a P.O. Box then you must provide us with a physical address by email in order for us to ship your merchandise.
We are able to ship to a physical address only. Packages are delivered by courier and must be signed for upon delivery. Please provide an address where an adult will be available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday to receive the package.
Once your order has been approved for shipment it is forwarded for shipping the next business day. You will receive a tracking number within 48 hours of the time your order is approved for shipment. You will know your order has been approved for shipment when you speak to us on the phone. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or seized we will reship once at our expense. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer.
